Propelled Brands is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to provide local marketing support for Camp Bow Wow franchise owners, driving market awareness and lead generation to grow center sales.

You will partner with the Senior Marketing Services Manager, Marketing team, and cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize local campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations preferred.
• Experience working with franchisees, vendors, or external partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Camp Bow Wow and franchise owners for assigned markets; communicate programs and support implementation.
• Independently manage franchisee relationships and local marketing activities to drive awareness, leads, and center sales.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze local market performance to provide lead-generating solutions.
• Assist in creating and executing local marketing budgets and plans for new and existing owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchisee success and drive marketing initiatives.
