Job summary

Cafe Lami is seeking a Franchise Interior Design Specialist to establish and maintain interior design standards for F&B franchise locations. You will develop guidelines reflecting brand identity and ensure consistency across openings, while collaborating with partners and leading design concepts.

Responsibilities include managing projects end-to-end, coordinating with architects/suppliers, and training partners on guidelines to uphold brand vision and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Licensed Interior Designer or Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity and design consistency.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to go on business trips for new locations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all stores by reviewing interior designs and displays.
• Provide training on design guidelines and procedures to franchise partners and internal team members.
• Act as a consultant for design-related issues and offer ongoing support.
