Job summary

BK FRANCHISE HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Franchise Interior Design Specialist to establish and maintain interior design standards for F&B locations. You will develop guidelines, create concepts for new franchises, and manage projects from inception through completion.

The role requires collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure brand-consistent, culturally adaptable store designs across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity and design consistency.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update store design guidelines reflecting the brand identity.
• Establish standard procedures to ensure consistency in interior design across new openings.
• Develop and propose interior design concepts for new franchise stores.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to deliver customized design solutions.
• Manage store design projects from inception to completion, including timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with external architects, designers, and suppliers for materials and decor.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and compliance.
• Support franchise locations in maintaining brand-aligned designs and displays.
• Provide training on design guidelines to partners and internal teams.
• Act as a design consultant for ongoing support.
