Purpose Brands, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to join its team in Colorado. This senior role leads business performance across 100-150 franchise studios and acts as the primary advisor for franchisees, driving revenue and member retention.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in franchise or boutique fitness environments, with strong analytical abilities. Benefits include medical coverage, hybrid work environment, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-unit leadership or small business ownership.
• 1-3 years preferred experience in Orangetheory or similar boutique fitness.
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees.
• Lead business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews.
• Coach franchisees on economics and optimization.
• Collaborate on training programs.
