KidStrong is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to join our Franchise Development Team. You will drive franchise sales from initial contact through to signing, manage relationships, and ensure rigorous disclosure compliance.

You are a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills, a passion for fitness and education, and proven experience in franchise growth and lead management. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Franchise Development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Franchise Sales Goals from initial contact to signing through the Mutual Evaluation Process.
• Create and manage franchise relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Convert qualified leads to applications in a timely manner.
• Track pipeline and progress across each stage of the process.
• Prepare Discovery Day materials and assist in events.
