Xendoo is seeking a high-performing Franchise Business Development Representative to build and scale partnerships with franchisors and franchisees. This role focuses on strategic alliances, outbound prospecting, and revenue growth across franchise systems.

You will develop relationships with executives and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of successful B2B business development or sales experience.
• Experience selling to franchisors and franchisees, or related franchise services.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and develop long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic franchise partnerships and run outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Own the business development process from outreach through contract and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize campaigns.
