Job summary

Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, seeks a Franchise Business Partner to support franchise owners within a territory that includes Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida's panhandle.

You will coach franchisees on retail operations, pool service growth, and customer engagement while reviewing store performance and leading improvement actions. Travel across the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in multi-unit retail, service operations, franchise support, field operations, or a related role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchisee support and performance coaching.
• Review store financial and operating results to identify performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Coach franchisees on retail operations, pool service growth, customer acquisition and retention.
• Track agreed actions and escalate significant issues to Franchise Operations leadership.
• Ensure alignment with merchandising, promotions, product knowledge, pricing, and customer engagement initiatives.
