Position Information

General Function

This role partners with Franchise Owners and Eyecare Centers to deliver Brand Promise through operational excellence, compliance, and patient experience. It ensures adherence to brand standards, inventory requirements, and the CARE selling model, and supports franchise owners in achieving sales and profitability goals through operational execution, people development, and compliance with the Franchise Agreement and Franchise Disclosure Document.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in franchise documentation, including the Franchise Agreement, FDD, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned Eyecare Centers and corporate partners.
• Act as a brand ambassador and advisor to drive sales, profitability, and consistency.
• Observe store operations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, inventory requirements, the CARE model, and agreements.
• Resolve escalated operational or compliance issues per the FDD and License Agreement.
• Conduct annual business reviews using KPIs, benchmarking, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive ROI and growth.
• Provide regular performance updates with actionable insights.
• Drive participation in marketing initiatives, product launches, and operational programs.
• Collaborate with Optical Support and Eyecon Frame Account Reps to execute in-store and supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of franchise interactions in CAMS.
• Lead quarterly regional meetings to review results and priorities.
• Oversee new store openings, including onboarding, POS training, marketing, and inventory setup.
• Support store transitions (remodels, relocations, closures, conversions).
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Vision X POS systems and deliver training.
• Apply coaching feedback to improve effectiveness and results.
• Monitor industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and calls.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ years multi-unit management)
• Strong influencing, coaching, and development skills
• High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Solid understanding of P&L and financial drivers
• Knowledge of retail operations and business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Franchise operations experience

Pay Range

$100,871.67 – $161,801.63
