Job summary

Doist is seeking a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist to visit franchise stores across the region, assess needs, and help optimize operations. You will support owners with marketing, sales strategies, and technical setups while coordinating with corporate teams to drive growth.

You will travel roughly half of the time, engaging with franchisees to implement best practices and monitor progress toward goals, ensuring consistent performance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to observe operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist owners in refining operations, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Analyze P&L data to uncover growth opportunities and set measurable goals.
• Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.
• Act as liaison between franchise owners and corporate support teams.
• Celebrate successes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure progress toward targets.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to cover the assigned region.
