Job summary

Doist is seeking a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist to visit franchise stores across the Concord region to identify needs and opportunities. You will help owners refine operations, marketing, and sales strategies while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

The role involves analyzing P&Ls, guiding marketing campaigns and training programs, and coordinating technical setups. A strong bridge between franchisees and our corporate support team, you’ll celebrate wins and drive progress

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to assess what's working and what could improve.
• Help owners fine-tune operations, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Analyze P&Ls to uncover growth opportunities and set smart goals.
• Guide franchisees through marketing campaigns, training programs, and technical setups.
• Act as the bridge between franchise owners and our corporate support team.
• Celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
• Travel about 50% of the time to explore the region and assist businesses.
