Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method, seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to drive performance across a large territory. This senior role partners with Franchise Fitness Consultants to boost revenue, profitability, member retention, and franchisee capability.

The FBC will travel up to 65% within the Mid-Atlantic region and support studios from a remote home office, coordinating with corporate teams and field leaders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio or other boutique fitness experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in multi-unit leadership, franchise consulting or small business ownership.
• Proven leadership in fitness environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s in business, operations, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, and retention.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, utilization, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address performance gaps and operational needs.
