KidStrong, Inc. is seeking a Development Specialist to support new center openings. You will manage development timelines, coordinate with franchisees and internal teams, and help scale new centers across the portfolio.

The role requires organized, data-driven professionals with strong communication skills and experience in project management or construction-related fields. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused position based in Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Background in construction, franchise operations or real estate development.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of 15-20 centers, owning each center’s development timeline with milestones and resources.
• Own each center’s scorecard and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve opening goals.
• Identify slippage early and escalate risks with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate new project requests and maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming projects.
• Partner with franchisees and internal teams to develop new KidStrong centers.
• Facilitate weekly project calls and report updates to HQ leadership.
• Set up and maintain accurate project files and conduct follow-ups.
