Responsibilities

• Support new franchise launches with in-store setup and marketing activations.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and business guidance to franchise owners.
• Assist with sales strategies, local market development, and trainings.
• Train franchise owners on operational systems and brand standards.
• Travel to support franchisees and participate in events as needed.
