Job summary

Inspire Brands’ Finance Manager, Franchise FP&A based in Atlanta leads consolidation, enterprise reporting, and planning for our multi-brand restaurant platform. You’ll partner with brand finance, accounting, treasury, and corporate FP&A to deliver timely, accurate results and executive materials.

This role requires 5–8+ years in FP&A or financial reporting, strong systems skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration in a large multi-unit business.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, or similar credential preferred.
• 5–8+ years FP&A, consolidation, or reporting experience.
• Experience in multi-brand, franchise, or restaurant sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to consolidate forecasts and prepare executive presentations.
• Experience partnering with accounting on monthly close and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for franchise business.
• Develop executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Support enterprise-wide reporting in partnership with Corporate FP&A and Treasury.
• Analyze results vs. budget and forecast, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
