Job summary

French Florist in Los Angeles is seeking a Franchise Development Administration Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our franchise function, owning the CRM, managing franchisee applications, and keeping all franchise paperwork—including Item 23 receipts—accurate and on time.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations, design scalable workflows, and coordinate the handoff from signed franchisee to opening support while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of franchise development or related operations experience.
• Experience managing a CRM and maintaining clean data.
• Familiarity with FDDs and Item 23 receipts.
• Ability to follow regulated paperwork and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the franchise CRM and data accuracy.
• Track leads, applications, and follow-ups; flag bottlenecks.
• Build reporting dashboards for pipeline visibility.
• Prepare and file franchise paperwork including Item 23 and disclosures.
• Coordinate with Legal to maintain FDD records.
• Serve as chief-of-staff partner and streamline workflows.
• Support onboarding from signed franchisee to opening.
