Job summary

French Florist in Los Angeles seeks a Franchise Development Administration Manager to own CRM, manage franchisee applications, and keep all franchise paperwork accurate and on time. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and Leadership to ensure compliance and smooth handoffs from onboarding to opening.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in franchise development or related operations, hands-on CRM experience (FranConnect), and familiarity with FDDs and Item 23 receipts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in franchise development or related operations
• Experience in multi-location or high-growth settings is a plus
• Hands-on CRM management with clean data
• Familiarity with FDDs and Item 23 receipts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own CRM and pipeline management for franchisee prospects
• Manage applications, disclosures, and paperwork
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Leadership
• Maintain compliance and audit readiness
• Develop and refine workflows to move deals forward
• Generate dashboards and reports for leadership
