Batteries Plus seeks a Franchise Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective franchise candidates and to own the earliest stages of the franchise development process. This role responds to inquiries, reengages leads, conducts introductory calls and webinars, and guides qualified prospects through the application and FDD acknowledgment.

The Representative manages an assigned portfolio, collaborates with senior team members for handoffs, and supports ongoing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in franchise sales, business brokerage, or small business transactions.
• Proven success in lead generation, candidate education, and deal facilitation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective franchise candidates across one or more brands.
• Conduct introductory calls, informational webinars, candidate screening, and initial qualification.
• Provide candidates with brand information, investment requirements, and development process overviews.
• Guide qualified candidates through franchise applications, financial documentation, and FDD delivery.
• Coordinate candidate meetings, Discovery Days, and introductions to senior leaders.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline progression, and report on top-of-funnel activity.
