The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, 3+ years of compliance or audit experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, including conducting audits.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and/or compliance reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Knowledge of franchise operations and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform franchisee audits to assess compliance with policies, agreements, standards, and regulations.
• Review franchisee documentation, practices, and vendor relationships to identify risks.
• Prepare audit reports, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Monitor audit trends and compliance obligations; support remediation efforts.
• Serve as primary compliance contact for franchisees and support cross-functional teams.
