SERVPRO is seeking a Junior Franchise Compliance Auditor I to perform end-to-end audits of franchise owners, including reviews of owned businesses and personal accounts. The role focuses on ensuring royalties are accurately reported and paid, with recommendations to improve office procedures and bookkeeping.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in a finance-related field and strong skills in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, plus clear communication and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate clearly with employees, customers, suppliers
• Must interact verbally with franchise owners and staff and corporate teams
• Must be detail oriented and able to adapt to change quickly while handling multiple audits

Responsibilities

• Review franchises to select audits based on risk of incorrect reporting
• Complete in-house, resale, and voluntary audits promptly
• Review accounting records and tax documents for proper posting
• Collect materials and audit monies due from franchises
• Correspond with franchises and staff regarding audit notifications and information needs
• Issue audit reports and monitor collections
• Communicate with other departments and executive management as needed
• Prepare status reports and participate in special projects
