Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC seeks a Junior Franchise Compliance Auditor I to audit franchise owners from start to finish, reviewing financial records and royalty reporting. You will interact with franchises, franchises’ staff, and internal teams to improve procedures and achieve accurate bookkeeping.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, with an associates degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field required.
• Experience with franchise audits preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Review franchises to select and schedule audits of those at higher risk of misreporting sales.
• Complete in-house, resale, and voluntary audits timely.
• Review accounting records including financial statements, bank statements, and tax returns for proper recording.
• Collect materials needed to complete audits and collect audit monies due.
• Correspond with franchises and staff regarding audit notifications and information needed.
• Prepare status reports detailing audits and other reports.
