As a Franchise Business Coach, you will partner with franchise owners across the US. Your role will be critical in supporting franchise owners at various stages of business ownership. You will develop strategies, drive accountability, engage with the brand, motivate, and track key performance metrics. Collaborating with an internal team including Franchise Support, executive leadership, marketing, accounting, and external vendors, you will ensure franchisee success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be an ambassador for your Brand / PSB, inspiring positivity and a growth mindset
• Support owners monthly during onboarding and business launch
• Guide mature owners weekly on operational issues, scaling, and resource management
• Conduct regular business and financial reviews to discuss performance, opportunities, and benchmarking data
• Partner with leadership to support revenue growth
• Identify and implement operational improvements within the franchise network
• Lead educational sessions on topics like Peer Groups, Launch Bootcamps, and Mastermind Groups
• Act as a liaison with internal Operations to advance training and development
• Analyze sales trends and develop growth strategies for sustainable expansion

TRAVEL

Up to 25% travel to franchisee locations, the corporate office in Charlottesville, and company events. Remote work is available in CO, GA, IN, KS, MD, OH, PA, SC, VA, and WI.
