Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support franchise owners across assigned markets. You will contribute to day-to-day operations, support strategic planning, and communicate with the franchisor while analyzing franchise performance data to drive improvements.

In this role, you will coach franchisees, help them set goals, and ensure compliance with brand standards. The position offers hybrid work and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in franchise or small business consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities
