Job summary

Neighborly, the parent company for Aire Serv, seeks a Vice President of Operations in the Irving, TX area. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to drive franchise system performance, consistency, and profitable growth.

You will partner with the Brand President and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into scalable operating plans and tools. The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading distributed teams, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to franchise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience in operations, franchise operations, multi-unit operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading and developing teams supporting business owners/franchise owners.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business plans.
• Experience developing and implementing operating strategies across a distributed organization.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership with ability to translate priorities into plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across a matrixed org.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; willingness to travel up to 20%.

The Vice President, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Aire Serv, driving franchise system performance, operational consistency, and profitable growth. This position leads the team responsible for supporting franchise owners and partners closely with the Brand President and cross-functional leaders to translate Brand strategy into scalable operating plans, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to helping franchise owners succeed. ## **Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.** As a **Vice President, Operations** on the Aire Serv leadership team, a typical day for you will include: * Partner with the Brand President to develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans, budgets, growth strategies, and Brand priorities.* Lead franchise system operational performance, including sales growth, profitability, same-store sales growth, and consistent execution of Brand standards and operating practices.* Establish and continuously improve operating policies, systems, tools, and processes that strengthen Brand differentiation, operational consistency, and franchisee performance.* Lead, develop, and manage Franchise Business Coaches and other assigned support team members, setting clear expectations and ensuring effective support for franchise owners.* Oversee the evaluation of franchisee financial and operational performance, including annual budgets, operating plans, key performance indicators, and overall business health.* Develop communication, training, reporting, and benchmarking practices that provide franchise owners and Brand leadership with timely, relevant, and actionable information.* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Training, Marketing, and other teams to support franchise agreement requirements, regulatory compliance, receivables, required documentation, regional meetings, new-franchisee training, and Brand events.* Evaluate new services, products, and vendor opportunities, and partner with the Brand President to maintain productive vendor relationships that support the franchise system.* Perform other duties as required. ## **Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success**. **Required Qualifications**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
