City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage consolidated billing for franchise locations and provide full-charge bookkeeping for multiple franchises. You will reconcile AR/AP, generate financial reports, and train owners on accounting software while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to company procedures, with opportunities to improve processes and support audits across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field; equivalent work exp.
• 2–3 years of full-charge accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or related experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements, including income statements.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, cash reconciliation, and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and automated accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and support consolidated billing accounts for franchise locations.
• Perform full-charge bookkeeping for multiple franchisees, including income statements and reports.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and other records for accurate reporting.
• Provide accounting software training and hotline support to franchise owners and employees.
• Build positive relationships with franchise owners, support teams, and external contacts.
• Review policies and procedures, recommending practical improvements.
• Prepare internal financial reports and assist with financial analysis as needed.
• Support audit activities related to franchisee accounting records.
• Develop and improve best practices for outsourced bookkeeping and software usage.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation according to procedures.
