Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) is hiring an Accounting Specialist at the KOA Corporate Headquarters in Billings, MT. The role focuses on maintaining financial records, supporting franchise reporting, and processing expenses in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with standard business hours and opportunities for process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred, or equivalent accounting experience.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Track, review, and maintain financial documents and records, including franchisee financial statements and invoices.
• Manage franchise financial reporting processes and master tracking spreadsheets.
• Review and approve Concur expense reports for accuracy prior to payment.
• Assist with vendor setup, 1099 reporting, and related documentation.
