Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a diligent associate for the Manassas, VA store to assist customers, manage framing orders, and maintain a well-organized shop floor.

You will help customers locate products, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes while ensuring a safe, clean retail environment. Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills, retail experience, and the ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Preferred: retail experience and experience selling products or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance to laws.
• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
