Qualifications

• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
• Build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions; drive sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas (SISO and Directed Replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products; keep store well merchandised and in stock.
• Operate cash register and manage cash handling to standards; participate in Omni-channel processes.
