Job summary

The Michaels Middletown, NY store is hiring to build customer relationships and guide shoppers through framing solutions. You will help customers find products, maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised store, and ensure a safe, clutter-free environment while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, stocking, and supporting Omni channel processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers using framing solutions and deliver sales results.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
