Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Framing Team Member at the Foothill Ranch store to help customers create custom framing solutions and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will assist customers, process framing orders with accuracy, handle cash register duties, and collaborate with the team to keep shelves stocked and the framing department organized. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to operate framing equipment.
• Ability to operate glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute company standards.
• Deliver sales and production results while building relationships with customers.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking to ensure standards are met within budget.
• Operate the cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
