Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find, select, and purchase framing solutions. You will contribute to a well-merchandised and in-stock store and support framing services.

You will handle framing orders, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and assist with omni-channel processes. Prior retail experience and basic measuring skills are helpful; flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience and selling products/services to customers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Build relationships with customers using Elevated ABC Deliver to provide Custom Framing solutions and drive sales.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and in-store pickups.
