Michaels in Denver, CO is hiring a framing associate to help customers build custom framing solutions, stock the ready-made frame department, and maintain a clean, well merchandised store. You will greet customers, locate products, and support Omni channel processes while delivering friendly service.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, ability to operate framing tools, and prior retail or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock.
• Operate cash register and handle cash.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and online orders.
• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Follow SOPs and safety programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking.
