Job summary

Michaels in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Store Framing Associate to help customers choose Custom Framing solutions, complete framing orders on time, and keep the frame department well merchandised and in stock. You will deliver friendly service, operate the cash register to standards, and support Omni channel processes while adhering to SOPs and company programs.

Retail experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings are a plus; physical tasks include lifting and standing

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas (SISO, Directed Replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
