Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Framing Associate at Fleming Island, FL. You will build relationships with customers by creating custom framing solutions and helping shoppers find what they need in a well-presented, safe store environment.

You will follow SOPs, assist with frame orders, manage the framing department, and support omni-channel activities, with hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating a custom framing solution for art.
• Help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a safe, clean and clutter-free environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and standards; execute company policies.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas (SISO and replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service and a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Assist with omni-channel processes and support truck unloading and stocking.
