Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Destin store is seeking team members to assist customers in choosing custom framing solutions, to complete framing orders accurately, and to maintain a welcoming, well merchandised store environment.

You will help customers locate products, process transactions, and support Omni channel processes across channels. This role emphasizes customer service, adherence to SOPs and safety standards, and cooperation with a dynamic retail team in a climate controlled

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store and assist with Omni channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support store SOPs, safety programs and shrink prevention.
