Michaels SAC- Roseville, CA is seeking a Store Associate to support customer service, framing orders, and stock maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes accuracy in custom framing, proper cash handling, and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities include operating the register, assisting customers, and contributing to Omni channel processes. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required in this store setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and provide solutions.
