Job summary

Michaels Garner, NC store is seeking a friendly retail associate to help customers find framing solutions, operate a cash register, and keep shelves well stocked.

You will build relationships, complete framing orders on time, support omni-channel processes, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Previous retail experience and basic computer/measuring skills are a plus; evenings, weekends, and early hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
