Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Woodbury, NY location to assist customers with framing solutions and maintain a well-merchandised store. You will build relationships with shoppers, process framing orders, and ensure accurate, on-time completion while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding products, stocking, operating the cash register, and supporting Omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
