Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering Technology, Management or related field; OSHA 30.
• 10+ years of construction experience with field and supervisory roles.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 35+ pounds; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and daily supervision of field crews across active job sites.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety walks, and address hazards.
• Plan, sequence, and direct framing activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Maintain quality control per plans, specs, and client requirements.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and field teams; coordinate with subcontractors.
