Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Framing Associate at our store in Alabama. You will deliver sales and production results, complete framing orders with accuracy and on time, and participate in truck unloads and stocking while maintaining a well merchandised, in-stock store.

You will lead in the absence of the Framing Manager, train teammates, and provide friendly customer service. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, ability to operate framing equipment and glass

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Act in lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager.
• Provide a friendly customer service experience and help customers find products.
