FBi Buildings is seeking framing carpenters to join our field teams in the Midwest. If you have experience in wood framing, post-frame construction, pole barns, or related carpentry, we want to talk with you. You'll work on wood-framed, post-frame, and commercial structures, learning our building systems and advancing toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, framing, or related construction experience.
• Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install materials.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Understand framing methods and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn FBi Buildings' methods and processes.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Frame and construct wood-framed and post-frame buildings.
• Install posts, headers, beams, wall framing, trusses, purlins, and other components.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials.
• Perform rough carpentry and structural framing.
• Install metal roofing, siding, and exterior components as needed.
• Read measurements, drawings, and plans.
• Safely operate hand and power tools and equipment.
• Travel to regional jobsites as needed.
