Job summary

Magna International, operating through Cosma International, seeks a production supervisor for our Bowling Green, FL site to coordinate daily production, assign rotations, and ensure quality and schedules are met.

Role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership skills; willingness to obtain weld and forklift certifications is expected. Excellent safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience.
• 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA.
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines.
• Must be willing to obtain weld certification and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily production activities of the team with respect to job assignment and job rotation to ensure quality standards and production schedules are achieved.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitors timekeeping and attendance and performs some administrative duties.
