Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Frames Team Leader in Bowling Green, Kentucky to coordinate daily production activities, manage job assignments and rotations, and maintain safe, efficient operations on the factory floor.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership. Candidates should be prepared to uphold OSHA guidelines and DOL compliance, with willingness to obtain weld and forklift certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to obtain weld and forklift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily production activities of the team with respect to job assignment and rotation to ensure quality standards and production schedules.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitors timekeeping and attendance and performs some administrative duties.
