Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking a Framer – Floors to construct and install floor framing for commercial modular structures. You will measure, cut, and assemble joists and subfloors, interpret blueprints, and ensure level, code‑compliant framing on site.

Qualifications

Position Objective: The Framer – Floors is responsible for constructing and installing floor framing systems commercial modular structures. This role ensures that floor frameworks are level, structurally sound, and built according to blueprints, building codes, and project specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble floor joists, beams, and subfloor structures
