Qualifications

• Experience with framing, masonry, roofing, and restoration on construction sites.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics.
• Experience with metal building erection, concrete forming and rebar work.
• Welding, plastering, siding and trim carpentry skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and heavy equipment on active sites.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with metal building erection and ensure components align to schematics.
• Support concrete forming and rebar installation for structural integrity.
• Aid framing carpentry, including woodwork, trim and metal stud framing.
• Operate hand/power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely.
• Participate in roofing, siding, stucco, and plastering activities.
• Follow project plans and schematics during execution.
• Perform heavy lifting to support crew efficiency on-site.

Duties

• Assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural components are correctly aligned and secured according to schematics and blueprints
• Support concrete forming and rebar installation to prepare for pouring and ensure structural integrity
• Aid in framing carpentry tasks, including woodworking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing for interior and exterior walls
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to perform various construction tasks
• Participate in roofing, siding, stucco application, and plastering activities to enhance building exteriors
• Follow construction management plans and schematics accurately during project execution
• Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support crew efficiency on-site

Skills

• Proven experience with construction site operations, including framing, masonry, roofing, and restoration projects
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise task execution
• Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing techniques
• Proficient in welding, plastering, siding installation, and trim carpentry methods
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols on active construction sites
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding confidently and safely
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in varying weather conditions
