Job summary

RAND THRU CLEANING ESTATE is seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. You will read blueprints, interpret building plans, and construct the framing for walls, doorframes, and floors while maintaining a clean, safe job site and caring for tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate has construction experience, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. You will safely operate nail guns, routers, saws, ladders, and rigging hardware to complete framing

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints or building plans.
• Ability to safely operate construction tools like nail guns, routers, saws, and ladders.
• Previous experience as a framer or in a similar construction position preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and regularly lift heavy or awkward objects.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Examine, read, and interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure all dimensions are accurate and the proper building materials are being used
• Ability to safely operate construction tools like nail guns, routers, saws, and ladders

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site, maintaining the tools and equipment you use every day, and following standard safety protocols. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
