This includes building walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using wood or metal materials. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the strength, stability, and overall integrity of each project.

Responsibilities of a Framing Carpenter:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing materials.
• Construct structural frameworks including walls, floors, roofs, and door/window openings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout specifications to determine dimensions and placement.
• Install joists, studs, rafters, beams, and trusses.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete framing tasks efficiently.
• Ensure all framing is level, square, and built to code and structural standards.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper sequencing and project flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
