Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Construction Laborer for full-time, temp-to-hire work. The role runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools is preferred.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled workers with construction, installation, and repair tasks.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain construction sites.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers.
• Follow all job-site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, measuring, and leveling.
• Follow policies and safety procedures and complete related tasks as assigned.
