Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, site preparation, and material handling.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts; perform routine maintenance and report issues.
• Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions; coordinate with crews to stay on schedule.
• Maintain safe distances from workers, vehicles, utilities, and equipment.
• Keep areas clean; follow safety policies, OSHA requirements and PPE guidelines.
• Complete daily inspection checklists, maintenance records, and work reports.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures; perform related tasks as needed.

Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, site preparation, and material handling

• Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions while coordinating with crews to keep projects on schedule
