Job summary

Mission Critical Group in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Welder - Frame & Enclosure Fabrication to read blueprints, interpret drawings, and fabricate structural frames and enclosures for power generation equipment. You will fit, weld, and finish steel components to meet exact specifications while following all safety protocols.

The role requires 2+ years of welding experience, familiarity with MIG and manual welding, and the ability to work in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
• 2+ years welding experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment.
• Experience with 7024 welding rods and .045 wire MIG preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions.
• Inspect welds for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear PPE.
