Job summary

The role focuses on translating consumer and market insights into differentiated fragrance solutions, guiding cross-functional partners across perfumers, sales, marketing, and operations. You will champion data management, safety, and best practices while driving strategic capability growth.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry or related technical discipline.
- Experience leading multiple complex initiatives.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into technical solutions and business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify unmet consumer and customer needs and translate insights into differentiated fragrance solutions.
- Lead complex projects with cross-functional teams and manage priorities, timelines, risks and KPIs.
- Develop and inspire team members while fostering an inclusive, safe, and collaborative environment.
- Partner with perfumers, sales, marketing, innovation, operations, and manufacturing.
- Ensure data management, laboratory operations, and safety procedures are followed and improved.
